A damn fine beer, I would drink it until my liver gave way. Nothing offensive at all, just beer bliss. Would get again fo sho. Had on cask and on tap, both were really good. Aroma was killer, bright with hops. flavor was dry and drinkable and hoppy.

12 oz bottle from a "summer beers" gift pack someone gave me. Surprisingly good. It’s probably cliche, but this reminded me a lot of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Quaffable, with a fair amount of spicy hops and a good caramel backbone. The kind of beer you could easily throw back 6-7 in your backyard playing horseshoes or somethin’. Only downside was I picked up a little bit of a metallic flavor that was a minor distraction.

Bottle, shared with my wife over lunch at the San Diego Zoo. I love that craft beer has become so relevent that I can buy it at a zoo cafeteria. Burnt orange colour, decent off-white head. Piney and fruity hops are backed by lightly toasty caramel malts. Nice bitterness. It was 93 degrees today, and this really hit the spot.

Very strong aroma from bottle. Pours a dark orange with good head. Very much has citrus flavours associated with US pale ales. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Steam Haus Gastropub in Corona, CA. Good lacing on a clear, sort of ugly amber. Good fruity hop nose with honeydew. Taste is clean, moderate soapy bitterness, moving to sweeter fruit juice like Sunny Delight. Clean melon fruit tastes. Clean slightly soapy body. Quite enjoyable.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2015 Nice nose and good looking pour. Good hoppiness, grapefruit, some fruity sweetness on the front. Not overly bitter. Crisp. Smooth on the palate. Extremely drinkable pale ale. Not over the top hoppiness or bitterness like IPAs, which allows a more well-rounded enjoyment experience. Would drink this again and again.

Appearance was orangish gold with creamy lasting white 2 finger head, rings of lacing. Aromas are soft citrus, earthery hops then caramel sweet malts, no alcohol. Taste are grapefruit, lemon, soft earthery spicy hops upfront. Then soft sweet malt middle supports the smooth citrusy, light spice and wood smooth backend. Palate was smooth creamy CO2 with medium body, then a balanced lasting slightly drying finish. Overall an solid APA, smooth pale.

Pine hop flavours, finishing with some grapefruit and mild bitterness. You stay classy, San Diego.
