Firkin at Beach To BreweryAroma is definitlely tart raspberries, some sweet clove and banana are there but not as pronounced as Karl’s regular hefe. Pours hazy yellow. Tart flavor of fresh raspberries. Definitley a natural fruit flavor dominates the original clovey flavor of the standard hefe. Is smooth and mildly carbonated, as it was out of a firkin. Smooth, yet tart, very refreshing. A nice special offering from Karl.
