The bomb.com!
When I walked into the Liquor store, I was in the mood for something to celebrate Obama’s victory to. I spotted Red Trolley Ale, and I bought it . I figured I had nothing to lose. When I opened it, my palate went crazy!!! I loved the instant taste of toffee, which is another reasons why I bought it. Yes, it’s sweet, but not sweet enough to dislike. It’s like the perfect date, I thought! Anyway, It says it’s 5.8% alcohol, but I could swear it was more than that because i was feeling tipsy after one and a half! It was totally worth my cash,I mean my date’s cash, haha!!

A malty liquid that when languishing on the tongue reminds me of days gone by enjoying a butterscotch sundae with my parents

bread, spruce, floral, dough, leaves, banana, vanilla. I was a Fat Tire guy from Colorado before I moved to San Diego. This beer is all that Fat Tire wants to be with none of the hangover. Fat tire is a great beer but the hangovers are crushing. Not with Red Trolley

I just tried this beer yesterday for the first time and I absolutely LOVED it! Besides the fact that it is locally brewed, I really enjoyed the caramel taste plus the full-bodied stout taste.

Appearance: Poured from the bottle a nice, rich red with a little amber-ness and clear. Impressive foamy head. This is what I like a beer to look like.
Smell: I got a slight sweetness in the nose.
Taste: Sweet and malty. Perhaps my favorite thing about this beer is the caramel notes I get later in the taste. There’s a lot going on here.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, this is a rich beer.
Drinkability: As the temperature cools down, I find it’s an even better time to enjoy a warming Red Trolley. It just works really well enjoying one or two while watching the Chargers. I tend to drink this beer slower than a lot of other beers, making the most of the malts. This is a beer I’ve enjoyed over the years, and I think it gets a little bit better each time I have it. Or maybe I appreciate it a little more each time?

This had an average head.Color was a nice red-amber.Good biting dry aroma. This was a good tasting red,but it was more of an IPA to me.Not enough of the fruityness of a good red.It was tasty though
