Draft. Cloudy yellow peachy color, with a thin white head. Starts out tart and kind of lemony, then peachy, which quickly turns to rotting fruit, plastic, and butter. Might be a little bit of oak in there. Not good.

Hazy light straw pour with a white head. This beer is trash. Smells like hot dogs, metal, bandaids, and garbage. Mild peach, straw, grass, and lemon zest. Watery mouthfeel and flavor, but still plenty of flaws to be had. Nice hot dog lambic, here. Some metal, bandaids, cauliflower, and light peach and lemon. Some quality garbage juice.

Tap @ Churchill’s during Churchill’s Finest Hour day... Poured semi-clear, pale yellow with a thin head. Sweet with a peach notes. Overall somewhat bland and lacking. Some tartness going on but it seemed to have fallen short in the finish. Not bad though. Just thought it was boring.

Tap @ SD Taproom’s "Barrel Night". Pous a mostly clear rusty peach color with zero head or carbonation. Amazing nose of sour peaches with diacytal and dry oak. Flavor dies out a bit and hold diacytal and some salty characteristics. Overall a great sour from Strauss.
