Apr 3, 2008 Fairly spicy aroma for a saison. Flavor also is a bit on the agressive side, with some nice spices and hops. The quick bite disappears quickly. An excellent beer.

Feb 26, 2008 ON tap at local restaurant. Golden with a fizzy white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Sweet fruity, banana, and creamy vanilla taste. Quite good.

Mar 28, 2008 On tap at Karls Sorrento V. Pours cloudy amber with a decent white head. Smells barnyard, but has a nice sweet and smooth fruity flavor with a slightly flat end.

Apr 30, 2008 Draft at the new Brew House at Eastlake. Lots of spicy banana and bubble gum aromas. Almost seemed very Hefe driven. Flavors were similar with more emphasis on the bubble gum and spices. Hints of floral arrangements in the background with a grassy finish. Pretty good actually.

Mar 12, 2008 On tap @ Hamiltons. Super nice looking pour. Cloudy, hazy golden color. Aroma was fruity, bubblegummy (is that a word?) and a hint of spice. Flavor was much the same, a perfect saison in my opinion. Probably the best San Diego offering for this style that I have had. This should be bottled.
