COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mission Beach, the late 1980s. Amid a sea of neon bikinis, Tower 10 marked the spot where two college grads and a 75 year-old master brewer drew up plans for the first local craft brewery in San Diego since Prohibition. Named in honor of our first good idea, Tower 10 IPA is brewed to inspire the next one. Tower 10 IPA boasts hops from beginning to end, and everywhere in between. We fill the brew kettle to the brim with assertive Chinook hops, giving the beer its intense grapefruit and pine flavors that linger through its dry finish. After fermentation, we dry hop with a blend of Cascade and Centennial hops for a floral citrus aroma. A touch of lightly kilned caramel malts make Tower 10 a well balanced, full flavor IPA.

Bottle, 10C. Pale amber with an inch of off white head. Pleasant but somewhat reserved aroma of grapefruit, orange blossoms, pine, caramel. Oily mouthfeel. Taste is bittersweet, with pine and grapefruit kicking in immediately backed by caramel. Fairly brief finish is bitter, woody and dry. Not very exciting, but harmonious.

Big frothy head strong carbonation light amber pour aromas earthy caramel strong hoppy fruit the flavours caramel hoppy fruit sweetness grapefruit wild resinous touch piney peach good balance creamy note the finish good flavours hops very forward in taste strong lasting ibu piney resin all in a very good aftertaste on the palate lovely strong caramel sweetness

CBC @brewery on tap-pours gold with a tight offwhite head. Aroma is citrus-lemon/pine. Taste is citrus-lemon/pine hops, 2nd light malt. Drying.

Pale and clear color. Very easy to drink, a little sweet with some bitter notes later on. Nothing remarkable but a decent easy to drink IPA.

Poured from a 20 oz bottle. Pale gold color and crystal clear. A medium, white head rises quickly and then dissipates. Nice lacing. Mild pine and citrus notes. Light bitter, not an aggressive IPA. Soft carbonation and medium body. Enjoyable and easy to drink, but not memorable.

Pours clear copper with a tiny white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Tastes slightly bitter and the taste lingers in your mouth for a while. Full body, decent amount of carbonation. An average IPA.

Delicate IPA. Soft citrus/pine nose. Well made, but soft. Some citrus and pine, well balanced with caramel and toffee. Easy drinking.

12 oz bottle from a friend. Light amber pour with a small head. Aroma is very nice with fruity hops - pine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple and a very nice maltiness, crusty and crispy. Taste is nice and bitter, grapefruit, pineapple, nice crispy maltiness - I really like the malt profile in this one. Good stuff
