COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mission Beach, the late 1980s. Amid a sea of neon bikinis, Tower 10 marked the spot where two college grads and a 75 year-old master brewer drew up plans for the first local craft brewery in San Diego since Prohibition. Named in honor of our first good idea, Tower 10 IPA is brewed to inspire the next one.

Tower 10 IPA boasts hops from beginning to end, and everywhere in between. We fill the brew kettle to the brim with assertive Chinook hops, giving the beer its intense grapefruit and pine flavors that linger through its dry finish. After fermentation, we dry hop with a blend of Cascade and Centennial hops for a floral citrus aroma. A touch of lightly kilned caramel malts make Tower 10 a well balanced, full flavor IPA.

Golden with a white head - Good hoppy aroma that has fruits and hints of pine - Good malt body to support a nice hop profile with hints of grapefruits, citrus and some pine - Hops with grapefruit flavours continues into a long finish - This was good

355 ml bottle from Bier-Deluxe

Bottled January 2015 :( - Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of grassy hops, grapefruit, citrus, lemon, herbal and fruity notes. Taste is crisp, hoppy and resinous with some grass, grapefruit, citrus and lemon. Finish is sweetish, piney and resinous with loads of citrus, grapefruit and lemon. Pretty generic but balanced and surprisingly tasty despite the bottle is not very fresh.

Bottle from Laufwerk (new bottle shop in Kaiserslautern, Germany). Drank it as a “roadie” from the bottle. Slight metallic taste up front, I would attribute to drinking from the bottle. Piney, resin aroma and taste. Finished dry and left bitter in good way. Overall outstanding, hoppy IPA.

Laugh orange with a white head. Not a lot of flavor or aroma really. Some citrus. Light malt. Most of its impact is the bitterness. Decent IPA.

35,5 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg Aroma has tropical fruits and some sweetish fruit juice. Flavour has strong grapefruity tones, tropical fruits and some mild alcohol tones. I like the aggressive hops here. Delicious.

355ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Hoppy aroma with fruity hints of mango and peach, a herbal touch. Taste is bitter hoppy, hints of mango and peach, a slightly mineral and chalky touch. Not a gamete of the world-wide IPA dissemination.
