The definition of a great imperial ipa. Pours golden orange with some carbonation. Great hoppy flavor that gently lingers on the palate.

Bomber from Beverages 4 Less in Santee, CA. Fredís the man! Pours copper with a creamy/foamy/bubbly light beige head. Hop aroma is dank! Itís not harsh. Itís just very heavy duty. Floral and citrus, probably. Full bodied. Itís got a lot of light roast malt. Itís almost suggesting barley wine. But there is a load of citrus, floral and resin hop. Curl around this and take a nap. Succulent. Finishes both dry and sweet. Taste is just wonderful. Makes my salivary glands ache with pleasure.

30-JUL-2015, bottle @Calafell, from BierCab. Slighty hazy golden with lasting, creamy, lacing, yellow head. Sweet, bitter, grape fruit, citrus, flowers. Quite sweet and malty but not really caramelly. Full body. Fantastic.

660 ml bottle. Pours clear golden, small off-white head. Nice balance between pine and exotic bitter aromas. Quite perfect bitter-sweet palate, pine-alike towards the end. lovely IIPA, up there with the better ones.

Nice tanned body with a ring of head. Lovely nectarine, sweet hop aromatic bliss intermingles with grain dust. Like a resplendently delicious wheatwine. The body is replete with juicy hoppiness and tropical fruit. An IPA freshening on the vine, were it too stay on much longer, it would indubitable ripen and age into a pleasant old barleywine. Tasty stuff.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2015 Enticing citrus pine aroma in a golden amber pour. Taste is surprisingly laid back = superb for the strength. Perfect hop forward balance with a full sweet malt body and a sustained clean bitter finish. Has to be one of my favourite DIPAs - will need to directly compare to the competition (oh joy)!

Intense and bitter, this beer is very hoppy and piney. The finish is more malty than I like, but overall itís a decent Imperial IPA
