~16 oz draft at California Adventure in Anaheim, California. The pour is a cloudy white yellow with a smallish white head. The aroma is grain wheat, light citrus, and a fair amount of clove banana yeast. The taste is a nice balance between the grain wheat, the zest of the lemon and finishes with the Hefe yeast notes. Decently clean flavors. The palate is medium to light bodied, pleasantly unfiltered mouth feel and clove banana and earth wheat in the finish. Hit the spot.

Served cold on tap at Universal Studios brewery. Opaque golden color with a small white head that left good lacing. The aroma was clove and bananas, and the taste was equally clove and banana. I was hoping for a bit more banana and a little less clove, but it was a pretty good hefeweizen.

On draft at Karl Strauss Universal City, 11/26/07. Cloudy, light yellow. Aroma is cloves, spice. Banana and clove flavors on palate, mildly sweet, clean finish. Not bad.

Cloudy golden straw with a white head. Nose is sweet banana, light lemon, clove, and sweet bready malt. Some hints of bubblegum and pepper, too. Nice sweetness to the flavor of bread, banana, and bubblegum. Yeasty, some clove, a hint of pepper, and a light citric tartness.

On draught at Islands restaurant in Huntington Beach, served with a lemon. The beer is a hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing. Wheat, bananas and clove in the nose. Medium, clean body with wheat, tropical fruit and sweet spice flavors. The finish is fruity with a lingering wheaty aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at beer stand in Disney. Thanks again to Ratebeerians, for the alert on this being the only semidecent beer in the place. I opted for the slice of orange. Very hazy, somewhat pale, constant head made it look nice. Big banana nose, once you get past the orange. Palate is sour yet dry and astringent, very carbonated in a good way. A very solid German-style hefe.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with very little head. Light, malty aroma with some lemon zest as well. NIce, wheaty taste with lemon and malt. Nice balance and easy to drink. Refreshing.

draft: Gold in color with haze and not much head developed from the pour. Nose was light. Flavor was of moderate amount of wheat and small spicy note of clove. Fairly decent.

Part of a sampler in San Diego. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of banana, citrus, and cloves. Similar flavor, a light beer. Decent overall.

On tap at Columbia Street brewery. Hazy yellow with nice white head. Classic sweet malt and wheat aroma. Sweet malt flavor matched nicely with wheat. Tasty Hefe rendition with good lacing.
