Aroma: classic wheat, banana, and clove
Palate: tingling attack of carbonation.
Flavor: Like the aroma. Finishes with a touch of bitterness.
Comment: I’ve had a number of German wheat beers lately and this seems fairly authentic. The carbonation is more lively and finish is a bit drier and more bitter than the German ones I’ve had but this is alright. A decent version of a Bavarian wheat beer. Given the light body, it would go well with food.

Bottle from Total Wine, Sacramento. Pours cloudy blonde with a nice off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a sweet caramel malt flavor with lots of banana and clove.

On tap at Disneyland. Pours a golden yellow color with a foamy white head. Good aroma of wheat and bannana. Very refreshing and drinks smooth. Very nice after a long hot day.

Cloudy golden straw with a white head. Nose is sweet banana, light lemon, clove, and sweet bready malt. Some hints of bubblegum and pepper, too. Nice sweetness to the flavor of bread, banana, and bubblegum. Yeasty, some clove, a hint of pepper, and a light citric tartness.

On tap at the Costa Mesa location - Pours hazy yellow with a ring of white head. Nose is classic banana/clove...wow, nailed it! Taste is good, but not as pungent--more mineral, less banana. Finishes sweet with muted clove. Full, fluffy body.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a lemon zest aroma. Taste is crisp and a bit gritty because of the unfiltered beer. A refreshing beer that would be nice on a warm day. A hint of sweetness, possibly vanilla that makes the aftertaste nice and mellow.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with very little head. Light, malty aroma with some lemon zest as well. NIce, wheaty taste with lemon and malt. Nice balance and easy to drink. Refreshing.
