Ungstrup (11385), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 21, 2005 An orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of citrus, while the flavor besides the sweet malt has light notes of straw and caramel. Papsoe (10510), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 19, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Pale amber with a creamy, white head. Vaguely hoppy aroma. Dry, lightly tart with a hoppy finish. The darker malts don’t really leave any mark. 191105 yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 12, 2007 33 cL bottle.
