Bottled. Crystal clear deep reddish amber body. Fully diminishing blond head. Clean malt drops aroma, nothing more actually. Medium malt body. Clean sweetness, clean caramel-accented malt flavor. Lacks some bitterness. Semi-sweet malt finish. Does not stand out in any way, but drinks ok.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 yngwie (10798) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 5, 2012
Bottle. A clear one, dark golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Rather weak on the nose, some caramel and dried fruits. Weak flavor too, caramel, bread and some dried fruits. Thin on the palate, low on carboration. Some bitterness towards the end. It’s not realy bad, but so utterly boring and uninteresting I think it’s a waste of raw materials. 120405
2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 flemmingwillum (818) - Nysted, DENMARK - APR 25, 2011
Rating #519, bottle from LIDL at easter brew tasting ’11.
Starting with the assumed tasteless ones to make it possible to taste at least anything of them, the first one was Karlens Påskebryg. A brownish yellow beer with almost no head, that is. Aroma is sour malts, spicy hops and metal. I am surprised that the hops are noticeable, and actually that there was any aroma at all. Flavor is sour and sweet as if it was artificially sweetened up with farine or something like that. Caramel, metal, sugar and slightly bitter in the finish. Medium palate. Drinkable, but not a specially good brew, and it has a weird balance. All in all this is not as bad as I frightened, but remember this is some of the cheapest discount brews you can get in Denmark at all

This is no yellow fizzy beer. This is a dark coppered, very rotten smelling and totally off-balanced, very alcoholic beer.
