Bottled. Crystal clear deep reddish amber body. Fully diminishing blond head. Clean malt drops aroma, nothing more actually. Medium malt body. Clean sweetness, clean caramel-accented malt flavor. Lacks some bitterness. Semi-sweet malt finish. Does not stand out in any way, but drinks ok.

Papsoe (25089) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 23, 2007
(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Sweetish, malty aroma. Medium body with a very soft mouthfeel and a rather solid, sweet malt bill. Dry and fairly bitter finish. For an Easter beer this is not that thrilling, but taken as simply a strong lager it’s not that bad. 190207

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Average bubbly white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Clear flat looking body with a golden colour. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, mild hoppy – grassy notes. Mild bread like notes. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour light bitterness. Sweet bread like finish.

Bottle, 5.6%. Grainy aroma. Dark golden colour, slightly grey. Stable plasticky white head. The flavour is slightly grainy, but not too bad. Slightly malty and actually with an OK alcohol note.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Dry cornish aroma. Flavour is sweet, almost sugarish. Light bitterness and mild spice note into the finish. Not so bad.

Bottle. [thank you, Yespr]
Pours deep golden with a small frothy off white head. Aroma is quite alcoholic, light spiced and sweet. Thin and lightly watery. Flavour is surprising - not as bad as expected. Light sweetness and a good dose of spicy pepper.
