Grote plastic fles nog uit Kroatië. Heel zoet pils, eigenlijk best lekker. Wel weinig schuim

Pale golden color. Good white head that diminishes moderately.Good blend of malt sweetness to hop bitterness plus a little nutty flavor. Some lace. Not bad for this type of beer. Slightly on the dry side. malty aftertaste.

0.5 L bottle, bbe Jan 06. Clear dark golden, weak sparkling. Weak white head composed of big bubbles, collapsing quickly. Gentle floral aroma, slightly bitter with a metallic note. A mild and unassertive, yet rich and fruity taste with a touch of honey and (sadly) some metal. A bit watery palate, but good fizziness.

500 ml bottle. Light straw color, clear, with a grand bright-white head that looks like freshly frothed egg whites. Pleasant aroma (albeit rather faint) - sweet wheat with moderate vanilla cookie malts - no sour grains or buttery corn mess here. Flavor is mildly sweet, turning mildly bitter. Nice rye bread and wheat cracker notes in the finish. Upon further sips, malted milk sweetness more noticeable at front-end of the flavor profile that turns grassy before heading towards lightly toasted grain territory. For something that came from the other side of the world, this particular green bottle survived unskunked and rather quaffable. No metallic/sour grain/corn to be found.

Purchased at "Jungle Jim’s International Market" in Fairfield, Ohio - Alright, this one poured a fizzy, white headed brew with a grassy aroma. Tastewise, it was hoppier than most Eurulagers, with a sweet malty body.

Bottle (500ml, tried in Split, Croatia):
Lager malts to kick things off along wih some mild, earthy hops and a very slight hint of grain. There is some bread and corn.
Golden amber in appearance with a giant, foamy white head on top that settles at about two centimetres tall and stays well.
Earthy malts, lager hops with a hint of mild citrus and some bitterness along with it. There is a gerneral sweetness and the usual mix of bread and corn but all of these work well and it is quite a refreshing taste from this one.
Smooth & light bodied as you would expect from a pilsener, there is also good, strong carbonation without being too strong or off-putting. There is a nice fizz to the beer and it is very refreshing.

Nothing really spectacular or ground breaking but a very nice lager and one that I kept going back to day after day, this was excellent whilst sitting in the sun.

i tried this beer last summer, and though well of it ... it is better than most of the stuff coming out of canada, getting up there with some of the czech and russian pilsners.

Picked this up at the local beer store for $2.60 500ml bottle. A light golden color, stark white head that quickly fades.Lots of carbonation. Aroma of mild hops and maybe some faint apple notes.Flavor of mild bitter hops and a tiny caramel note. I really liked this, for a pale lager it was very good, did not have that odd baby puke aroma that some pale lagers have. Very drinkable Serving type: bottle
