Sample from bottle. Aroma is quite hoppy, the american way. Quite citrusy and grassy; some floral notes. Taste is a grapefruit peel like mix of bitter, citric and just enough sweetness to make the whole drinkable. Palate is on the light side. Very tame for an IPA, which might explain in part the poor ratings this beer has had so far, but I find this a Great example of balance, drinkability and correct usage of aroma hops.

ambrata schiuma abbondante grossolana media persistenza naso luppolato erbaceo agrumato un po di floreale leggera albicocca acerba forse frutto della passione sentori mielati buona luppolatura non agressiva amaro medio ma il luppolo rifane nel retrogusto

Appearance: amber-ruby red look , mid white fizzy top, sparse lace
Nose: refreshing , aromatic , citric , alpha hop hose. Leafy green with sweet fruity finish.
Flavor/Palate : Mid light bodied. Soft sides , sweet with hop profile Light bitterness. Creamy texture.

Nose is orange hops, good malt also, murky brown, very small tan head. Taste is a fine jolt of orange, with a good underpinning of fine malt. Light bodied, bitter with a pleasing tongue tingle. Really nice example.

Bu au Mondial 09, le 3 juin (#2). Brune caramelle brumeuse, moyen collet. Arome d’houblon sec et légé, beaucou de grains. Goût j’imagine infecté, pas très houblonné, très sec et un arrière-goût de céréal amère. Infecté ou non, elle n’est pas intéressante!
