It’s good and pretty "mature" It’s similar to Devochka (don’t know If I have well written it) And changes the way that we wrongly thought about this Karma’s beer! Well Done on this one Mario!

20/04/2013 La Tana (tap). Bruna, intensa, riflessi mogano, schiuma cappuccino molto abbondante e persistente. Senza pretese.

Tasted on tap @Birra piu, Roma, on 28/10/2012. Pours immensly dark with 1cm beige head, lovely look! Aroma is medium, dark fruits and caramel dominating. After a while could sense some spicyness as well. Taste is surprisingly low carbonated, slightly watery, has similar notes to aroma, but also a very distinct alcohol tone. Supposed to be a christmas beer, but tastes like a mediocre dubbel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft @ Karhisma Birroteca (Piedimonte Matese, Caserta - Italy). This beer has changed many recipe during years, and the current version seems ready to last in the future. Good, since I like it now instead of previous ones. Pours a cloudy intense orange, white head not so lasting. Aroma of leaf, candy fruit, peach, apricot, citrus, fresh hops. Despite the 9% ABV, beer has a really drinkable character without a boozy tone at all. Malt is quite weak, but not watery, and go on with a medium body in which you’ll find loads of fruit like green apple, young plum, red orange; soft to medium carbonation, harsh and instant dry finish like rhubarb, lemon juice, long lasting. I don’t know if state it as IPA or DIPA, but has a session-beer soul.

RBESG 2010, bottle at Brasserie 4:20
Barone de’ Rinaldi, Castello di Puglianello, 8.5% ABV

Cloudy amber color; small creamy head. Sweet, candi-like aroma, banana. Medium-bodied; as often happens with high ABV beers, there is a clear presence of vegetables; also quite evident alcohol perception. Low bitterness. Boozy.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with no head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, caramel, and a bit of wood and alcohol, leading to a dry finish. The alcohol burns lightly in the throat.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a reddish amber with a slight haze and an off-white head. Loads of brown sugar in the nose, some licorice as well. Solid body, fizzy, again the licorice is prominent with quuite some molasses and brown sugar. Absolutely no bitterness but some alcohol heat. Thankfully not really yeasty. 100810
