Unclear matt medium amber colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, perfume, moderate yeasty, anis seed. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, anis seed, spicy, sweet yeast, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121215]
