COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden color with amber reflection. Creamy head, thin and compact. Smells like vanilla bourbon and raisins. Intense flavor with hints of banana, tropical fruits and dates. Perfect for pairing with panettone.

Pours hazy light brown with lots of yeast particles and a small white head that recedes quickly. Nose is hay, straw, dates, figs. Big bready yeasty overwhelming nose. The taste is sweet at first with a nice bitter coming in and blending half way through. The mouthfeel is crisp and clean, medium body and a long finish.
