Thick-set, dense amberish-cream head; copper to chestnut beer. Bit nutty, dark malts, breadcrust; not very expansive. Sweet, quite caramelly flavour; sweet brown bread. Finish is bitterish, leafy, nearly earthy, achieving balance. Medium bodied, quite slick, tad oily. Yep - as Biersommelière Sylvia Kopp states, this is a classic historical Bavarian Märzen. Not bad at all.

330ml bottle. Copper body with a fluff white head. Maltu sweet with a fruityness. Red apples, dried apricotes, cherries and some grass, with a fudgey ending. Light carbonation and body. A bit too thin and fruity for my liking.

Aroma: Smelling of bread, toffee, brown sugar and nuts. A dash of orange.
Appearance: A clear amber colored beer. A fluffy off-white head with good lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting porridge with brown sugar, brown bread, orange marmalade and red apple peel.
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A good body with a slightly dry finish.
Overall: Sweet and compact maltiness, but not in a bad way.

Pours a clear amber colour with a fluffy, collapsing head. Aroma is quite sweet and has notes of toffee and honey. Fat mouth feel. Sweet flavour of toffee and honey. Tastes more like a Bock than a Dunkel.

Amber with a medium off white foam. Malty and fruity notes. Malt, caramel and fruit. Medium body with balanced after taste.
