Draught, as Klosterbräu Dunkel. OK maltiness in aroma. The flavour is also malty, but seems to have a little sourness.

Tap at a Schneider pub in München Germany. Red brown colour with a gig baige head. Sweet malty caramel aroma and a sweet caramel coffee taste, hoppy. Medium body and a light dry finish.

Bottled. Nut brown. Woody nose. Clean maltiness and velvetty mouthfeel. Mild and very blananced with intriguing oaky flavour.

Lovely toffee, licorice and coffeearoma. Sweet and malty flavor with some mango fruitiness, caramel and chichorei. Just a bit thin and sticky.

full homebrow dark malt aroma, like when you are bottling the stuff. deep amber. quite tangy with roasted plum and anchovies interrupted by brown sugar. aroma starts to go rotten. flavour ends up as chicken marinade. tasty stuff
