Plastic can@St. Urho’s Pub. Hazy orange color, no head. Fruity, horse saddle aroma. Crisp, citrusy and sour flavor. Horse blanket, light juniper and molasses - crossover of sahti and lambic. Very interesting and unconventional. I don’t think that they suppose that their sahti is sour ...

Plastic canister@st urho. Hazy amber colour, not much Aroma is quite glueish, earthy, mild vegetables. Flavour is gluee, some yeast, melted rubber. Unbalanced and even bad when fresh.
