Bottle. Pinkish purple color. marzipan and hints of cherry in the aroma. Initial sweet cherry juice flavor, with some disturbing yeasty notes. But at least this beer is quite drinkable.

Color: red, dark pink almost. Very large thick light pink head. Smell is a little sweet and a little sour at the same time. Very low carbonation. Cassis-like taste.

Bottle at Arends Nest. Bright clear cherry red beer with a good pure white head. Attractive! Light palate. Very crisp and fairly dry. Unsweet morello cherry. Slightly dusty malt. Dry finish. Nice try! This would work better with more fruit and a little less dry malt.

picked out for ma while we were at the eagles nest .. . pours a glowing ruby, over average lacing .. . light sugar cherry aroma .. . light tang .. . a summer fruit beer, your mother will love it! .. . why don’t you pick a nose your size??

Bottle 330ml.

Clear light to medium amber red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white pink red to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, cherries stones, light cherry, sweet cherry berries and cherry stones. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100613]

Bottled. Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is cherry pips, some mild nutty and parfumeish notes as well. Flavour is cherries, fruits, some wood and mild notes of sugar. Quite nice fruitbeer.

Bottled at Het Arendsnest. Aroma of cherry and soap! Taste a bit off, but better than the frambosia. Dark-red body, almost completely white head.

Bottled. Cherry aroma, some cherry pits as well, certainly not sweet. Orange color, beige irregular head, no lace. Light sweet, bitter, cherry pits, light yeasty. Very alcholic feeling, like a liquor. Unusual but not bad although I wouldn’t drink 2 in a row.
