KimJohansen (6645), Copenhagen V, Denmark Oct 11, 2009 Clear pinkish with a tiny white head. Sweet aroma with fruity notes. Flavour had peachy and malty notes. Finished sweet. Ungstrup (14723), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 11, 2009 Bottled. A pink beer with a thin pinkish head - looks like a lambrusco. The aroma has notes of raspberries and elderflowers. The flavor has notes of berries, elderberries, and elderflowers, leading to a dry bitter finish. Almost no sweetness making it very dry. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. yespr (11613), Copenhagen O, Denmark Oct 11, 2009 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golde orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light citrusy and floral. Dry fruity, mild citrusy and light bitterness into a dry finish. Citrusy and bitter dry finish. Simple though. Papsoe (14613), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 11, 2009 Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a clear pink with a small white head. Dry berry aroma. Light body, huge champagne bubbles, extremely dry - almost ashy. Berry notes and some sulphur in the finish. No biterness though. Weird one. 111009 johndoughty (2150), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England Jul 19, 2009 Bottle. What can you say about this weird concoction.Flowery insipid flavour that is hard to describe.Bought from Morrisons who ought to be ashamed of themselves. on the never never drink again list. MesandSim (5789), London, Greater London, England Jul 5, 2009 A Mes rate. Bottle at home. I think it’s Tom I have to blame for this one. Pink amber colour with no head. Very pukey malt a truckload of cardboard and nothing else. Really, that’s it. Oh, massively over carbed too. A disgrace to the profession. weaselkenievil (738), Cheshire, England Jun 12, 2009 Bottle from The Bottle Stop, Bramhall. Even less champagne yeast than the original Kasteel Cru. Tastes like a pale lager. Slight pinkness in appearance but nothing Rose like really, faint berryness. Dry finish. Pretty average and bland but not awful. rauchbier (2992), Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, England May 31, 2009 Bottle, from Grimsby Morrisons. Pale pink, lasting fluffy pinky white head and moderate condition. Gentle berry fruitiness in the nose with a crisp hop note, quite bland in the mouth with some low soft fruitiness and a vague tartness but little else, short dry finish
