COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with champagne yeast in Alsace, with a hint of elderberry & elderflower, Kasteel Cru Rosé is a fine crisp lager which delivers a sparkling taste sensation and a distinct rose like colour.

Small bottle shared by GrOve. Snowy white top. Pale pink colored body. Almost aromaless. A light perfumed flower scent, only. Low on flavor, too. Dry light fruity, no malts. Sparkling carbonation. Superlight body. A certain acidity in the end. Not beery at all, more like wine-cooler.

330 ml bottle. Pinkish pale translucent colour. Medium-sized whiteish pink head. Clean aroma with hints of metallic hops and rose petals. Crisp carbonation level. Watery flavours. Thin body. Not much to be found here. Hints of sweetness towards the end. Acidic and hints of lemon. Dull.

Pinkish clear beer! Crisp palate, a little dry. It manages to be malty and crisp but the flavour is watery with just a trace of elderflower coming through. Very dissapointing.

Bottle. Rose coloured beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly dry with a hint of fruitiness, and the flavour is dry with a fruity quality. Overall a reasonable dry and fruity beer, not as bad as other ratings suggest.
