’Lots of alcohol for little money’ could not entirely describe this beer. It pours out a nice golden beer with a creamy head that drops fairly fast. It is best drank when poured cold, because of the alcohol interfering with those small tastes involved. Sweetness, and a bit of citric sour (a taste enhancer). Hops that are masked by the honey and perhaps other sugars that are added. Plain triple for the masses. Leave this one behind, and start enjoying Belgian strong ales from there!

Draught sample at "Little Prague" in Tel aviv. Gold yellowy colour, almost no head and little carbonation, honey dominated nose with a touch of yeast, strong cloying honey sugary sweetness with just a little bitterness - but not enough - complementing. Maybe too much honey and not enough beer base making for an unbalanced overly sweet brew.
