Tap - aroma of cherry lifesavers, appearance deep red with a white head, taste cherries pop first followed by the brown ale, finishing with the cherries again, crisp, overall nice change from my usual lambics and ciders

bottle. sorry but no. dark red color,fruity smell and palate but thick fruity taste with unpleasant finish.

bottle@home: dark ruby red, clear, tanned head that disappears almost instantly, smells very sweet, smell is almost entirely sweet cherries, smell reminds me of Lindemans Kriek, there is so much carbonation going on that you can hear the bubbles pop as they rise to the surface, taste really disappointing after the smell, an artificial sourness that reminds me of aspartame (artificial sweetener), followed by white sugar, artificial cherries & Cherry Coke, tastes like they put 5 tablespoons of aspartame into this, too much carbonation, medium body, not very good like a pretty bad attempt at making Lindemans Kriek

On tap at a belgian beer place near Covent Garden. Pours dark red, with a pinkish cream head. Aroma is sweet, cherry, sugary, and sweet caramel. Taste is cherry and sugary, with a well hidden abv.

A dark red beer with a small off white head. The aroma is a cherry overload, a bit monotonus. Fully carbonated palate, very easy drinking. Flavour is sweet and full of cherry, with no alcoholic feeling at all. A good fruit beer nonetheless.

Deep dark red colored with little white head. Strong cherry and sweet aroma, slight warming alcohol here as well. Medium bodied. Flavor is dominated by sweet cherries as well, some sourness and bubblegum come up too.

Pours mahogany clear with a tanned film. Apples and cherries on the nose along with malt candy. Sweet, acidic, bitter and alcoholic flavors with cherries clearly present. Refreshing. Medium to full body. Lively carbonation. Well balanced. (33 cl bottle at Lambic, Port Louis, Mauritus along with an excellent kriek flavored pork meal. January 2011. My ssister-in-law had her first "beer moment" when tasting my glass and ended up buying two bottles back home. Earned it an extra overall point)

Fruity, Fruity Froot bier. This one is one of those sweeter ones that are easily palatable by beginners.
