POurs deep brown with off pink colored head. Nose is like any other Kriek style - very sour cherry. Pleasant. On the palate though as a semi-overcarbonated, syrupy sour cherry flavor that isn’t up to par with others of the same style I’ve had before. Finish is a little sticky sweet and cola like.

Dark red-brown pour with a red-tinged head. Cherry aroma is dominant. Has a real nice smooth cherry flavor, like a nice cherry pie. It leaves a real nice aftertaste. Alcohol came out in the last drink. Little lacing.

2nd October 2008. On tap at the Rake. Dark coloured beer. Nice cherry tones, not acidin or too strong. Mellow but good flavour.

Sweet smell of cherries? Let’s just start out with that I am not a fan of fruit beers, but after having a bottle of Cherry Adam from the Wood, I will try anything now! Dark reddish brown with almost no head. Kind of a sparkling feel with a medium slightly oily texture. Sweet as can be, but I can still enjoy the underlying Belgian flavor. On first taste, kind of yucky..but it is growing on me. Even a little bitterness on the finish. Hmmm...more complex than I thought it was going to be. As I drink it, my opinion is changing for the better. Tasted from the bottle @ 51.7 deg F.

Bottle from Valu Mart. Tart Mortmencery cherry aroma dominates. Tall off-white head. Medium mouthfeel, and thd flavor is "cherry all the time". Like a cherry soda that happens to be a Belgian beer. Awesome.

Pretty glass, pretty color. Aroma of fresh cherry. Taste is cherry and slightly sour, but gets a little old after an entire glass. Stick to a few ounces and it’s extremely enjoyable.

Bottle. Pink red pour with a white pink head. Aroma and taste of tart cherry, but not too sweet. Good fruit beer.

Poured dark reddish brown, simple, sweet, slightly tart cherries, bready, malty.
