Pours a deep reddish brown. Aroma is dark cherry and alcohol with some spice. Taste is a nice tart cherry taste with some malt and spice. Very pleasant cherry body. Mouthfeel is a bit tart but is overall smooth. Bit of effervescence and faint acidiity. Finish seems to be all fruit and some lighter spice notes.

Red amber color with low white foam. Aroma is loaded with cherries, light caramel and toffee, strawberries, woody. The nose reminds me of a young red wine. Taste is sweet cherry, light woody with almost no bitterness at all. The cherry is fresh, not compote like. Alcohol is noticable in the after taste. Body is light with no carbonation. Well balanced fruity beer.

33cl bottle @ home. Reddish-brown color, minimal pinky-white head. Smells like wine already from a good distance. Then cherry and candy in the nose. Red wine, sweet candy again. Red fruits flavor, mainly cherry but strawberry and raspberry as well, also marzipan. Taste is medium sweetness, no bitterness, lightly sour. Alcohol is well hidden of course as it is full with fruit flavor. Full body, sticky texture, average carbonation, long dry sweet fruity finish. I’m surprised: not that bad. But doesn’t remind me drinking beer. Slightly overflavored but at least not that sour. Not my style of course, I was just curious, so I won’t drink it again.

Well they were not joking about the rouge on this one. Dark cherry red body with a pink head. Cherries are dominating the aroma. Quite sweet with some tartness. Soft carbonation. A bit too sweet for me.

Pours a dark wine red. Strong aroma of cherries. Strong taste of sweet cherries with a little tartness. Hides the high alcohol very well.
