An A typical belgian ale. Lots of sweetness but not a great deal going on. Decent but nothing amazing. Cheers to volcanicbeat for sharing this. deflagro (100), Lund, Sweden
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 24, 2009 Bottle. Golden, clear liquid with lots of small floats. Aroma is mostly of straw and corn. Taste is malty and a bit boring with some sweetness and notes of straw, corn and alcohol. A bit watery and dull, but quite drinkable and definitely not bad. Frovigalning (472), , Sweden

Oh no, not another yeasty, spicy Belgian blonde. It sure is Jim. The Belgian equivalent of the slew of run of the mill bitters we have over here. Balanced, very drinkable, no character what so ever. thewolf (5838), Kolding, Denmark

Pours a wonderful, clear golden with an impressive, creamy, white head. It stays for some time and leaves good lacing. Great looks. Aroma has light metal, sweet crispy malts, light biscuity, some apple, yest, piney. Medium carbonation, rather light mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, no sign of alcohol. Crispy sweet malts dominate with fine fruity esters from the yeast. Light piney hoppiness in the finish. Fine, fresh and very drinkable. JanEric (218), Meppel, Netherlands
