Bottle 33cl. Pours a clear golden colour with a nice foamy head. Aroma is that of oranges and some other fruits mixed in. Taste is also oranges, but can also detect banana. A good abbey tripel.

Sour yeasty slightly grassy noise. Lots of carbonation somewhat hazy and light in color. Dense lacing. Sour taste with a bitter finish. Heavy on alcohol. Delightful mouth feel with a medium body.

Bottle. Clear golden beer with a huge frothy white head that diminishes slowly. Fruity aroma with some yeast, light hoppy notes, citrus hints and spice (some pepper in there). Flavor is slightly sweetish at first with light bready notes, later gets drier with some yeast and fruits, and finishes with rather bitter spicy hops and some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Not too bad, just nothing exciting and a bit too alcoholic.

Wow! Some powerful stuff. Very light straw color with tons of carbonation and a big white fluffy head poured into a Chimay goblet. Very spicy compared to many tripels with lots of sweet alcohol burn. definitely a sipper. Some tripels are almost like session beers in taste, not this one but still very nice. It is an over the top Chimay.

Bottle. Pours a bearly transient golden body with orange tones. Creamy white head. Fruity ethanol latent spicy citrus. A bit sweet and bitter with lots of astringent fruit. Fruit almost converges to a bubblegum like sweetness. Etoh is coming across strong on this one. decent.

0.75l bottled 10/04 - Thick head, gold liquid with internal glow. Powerful fruity, sweet nose, dry, astringent attack to the palate, finishing with some hops and some heat from the alcohol. Nice tripel.

0.75L bottle, stable, dense creamy head, yellow colour, a little hazy.aroma of fruits vanila and lots of spices. The flavour is fruity sweet and extremely alcolholic, so much that the aftertaste is sour but mainly alcoholic. Not balances and not the best of triples.

330ml bottle (Punavuoren Ahven, Helsinki, Belgian Weeks)
Hazy orange, accidentally poured with a few sinky bits. Rich fruity aroma - fleshy fruits. Alcoholically tingly palate, some crisp carbonation. Soft light grain base with almond and citrus - maybe tangerine. A bit alcoholic, but not offensive for 11%. Some nutty late finish.
