COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A tripel, as solid as a castle. A full bodied beer, brewed with Belgian hops, to enjoy quietly, with a powerful, distinctive flavour: flowery, hop bitterness and soft alcohol.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, corn, sugar, hops, yeast, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

0,33L bottle, BB 05.2017. Pours golden with white head. The head stays forever. Aroma is fresh fruits, malt, and yeast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fresh fruits, malt, yeast, some spices. Finish is dry bitter. Carbonation is high. Alcohol is well covered for the ABV. Overall: nice brew.

Hazy orange, nice aroma, tasted of citrus (bitter orange) and yeast; a bit too bitter for me.

330ml bottle from St. Veronus. Transparent gold body with thick creamy white head. Belgian yeast notes, lime zest, apricot, peach. Elevated alcohol which lingers and defines the finish, warming.

rayaron (297) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - OCT 4, 2014
Bottle 750ml. Clear light golden with low off-white head. Malty aroma, hay, mild fruitiness, notes of honey. Malty flavor, some fruitiness (cherry, pear), medium sourness, too alcoholic. Lively carbonation. Medium to full body. Sour sticky aftertaste.

rdb84 (121) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 4, 2014
Bottle. Pours exactly like a Pilsner, with disappointingfoam head. Aromas: booziness, hairspray, stale Pilsner, garlic, stir fried mushrooms. No, no. Taste is way too boozy, almost like white wine (including the sourness). Evolves to a cherry flavour, which in my opinion is best reserved for the darker styles. Hairspray in the aftertaste again. Did not enjoy this one bit I'm afraid.

Helder bier met een snel wegtrekkende witte schuimkraag, zacht aroma, niet slecht

Bottle at Cafe de la gare. Pours clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel, alcohol, sweet dried fruits. Flavour is heavy sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with moderate bitter. Not bad but what’s the point in such a high ABV (marked down overall for that)

BMMillsy (1469) - Florida, USA - SEP 28, 2014
Bottle to go from World of Beer. Dated 2012/04/07, so clearly been around a bit. Pours slightly hazy golden color with a one finger quickly receding head. Aroma is a bit pungent with massive notes of booze and rotten fruit, honey, pears, smells incredibly sweet. Flavor is overly sweet and funky booze pears and honey, not much else going on here, banana and yeast esters, a hint of spice. Heavy on the palate with very high carbonation. I think 11% is just way too much here. Tough to choke down.

Bottle at home from backlog notes. Pours a clear golden amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have yeast, some apple and pear fruit character, caramel, and some boozy alcohol, not my favorite style.
