Oct 28, 2007 Hazy golden with medium head. Aroma has citric, yeasty and corriander notes. Sweet flavor with corriander and oranges present. Finishes dry and the balance is very good for such a strong tripel.

Oct 28, 2007 33 cL bottle (as Kasteel Triple). Pours slight hazy yellow with a lacing yet dense off-white head. Slight acidic with an underlying malt aroma, sweet. Flavour has a sweet malt flavour with a mild caramel note. Breaking this a distinct citric to acidic flavour intermixed with coriander and yeasty spiceness. Nice and complex and different from other triples. Pure joy.

Oct 21, 2007 Sampled @ GDBTF. Almost like an overcharged saison. Very straw, haylike hops on the nose, extremely sweet malt body overwhelmed with the alcohol, yeasty bite towards the finish. Spritzy on the palate, but thin.

Oct 12, 2007 Bottle @ Beer Circus, Croydon. Big head. Sulphur, egg and yeast nose. Golden colour. Taste is thick musct-like, alcohol and sweetness. Alcohol comes through the nose. I enjoyed this one.

Oct 11, 2007 On tap, from old notes. Bright yellow with stark white foam. Big phenol and alcohol aromas, very sweet flavor with more alcohol burn. Too syrupy for me.

Oct 6, 2007 Bottle. Golden color, big head. Sweet and yeasty aroma. Malty candi like flavors. Alcohol evident but not hot. A bit dry. Med body, effervescent. I would call this tripel. A nice strong ale.
