Very light golden color with decent, pillowy white head. Yeasty and spicy to smell and taste. Alcohol is definately present, but not too overwhelming, and leaves the drinker with a warming burn down the throat. Not a bad brew, fairly delicate considering how much alcohol is in it, but it seemed to fall a little short from what I was expecting.

Bottle. Moderate yeasty, light vinegar. Yellow cloudy body. White head, average size, mostly lasting. Moderate acidic flavor, average duration. Medium body, dry texture, soft carbonation.

quite outstanding considering i got this for 70 cents at the supermarket, and a 13 percent tripel does not sound too promising... hoppy and fruity, but not to sweet, alcohol quite well hidden

Medium white head. Faintly hazy yellow body. Strong, fruity aroma with citric, mealy notes, kind of sharpish, with a hint of alcohol in the sharpness. Mealy fruity taste with citric, spicy (coriander? paradise seeds?) notes. Intense, sharp mouthfeel with considerable alcohol heat. Feels kind of dusty and even muddy. Some sweetness. Bitter, spicy aftertaste. Quite nice, but not too special. I expected more, really. (0.33l bottle from Dorstvlegel, Antwerp.)

750ml bottle from Half Time in Poughkeepsie. Sweet. Not bubbly enough. Head vanished instantly. Would not guess its 11ABV. Very pleasant taste but not with food. I liked this beer.

Lys belgisk øl. Smagen er frugtagtig med let belgisk gær smag. Sødlig, Duften er gæret og let karamel Forventede en tung og varm ølp.g.a. styrken, men det er den ikke. Faktisk en lidt kedelig belgier.

Fruity. Damson plum notes, green grape, pistachio nut and clove. Average cream, however with fat bubbles. Excellent aroma, of champagne/white wine. Present alcohol in the palate and the aroma.

Bottle. Poured clear golden with a huge white, foamy head that leaves lacing. Spicy, coriander aromna with some fruit notes. The only thing I don’t like about this beer is the heavy alcohol flavor.
