Nov 3, 2004 Bottle: Pale yellow, large white head, slightly hazy. Very carbonated. Strong, sharp fruity scent, alcohol, belgian yeasts, sweet malty cookie dough, lemon & citrus. Tastes has a bit of alcohol bite, blends well with the spicey yeast, lemon/citrus/fruit tastes and the sweet malt. Very drinkable.

Nov 1, 2004 pale yellow. Decent head. Abrupt aroma of cleaning solution and citrus. Fast fading head. Minimal lace. Strong alcohol flavor. Bitter citrus fruits in the finish. There is no masking the 11% in this. It comes through, but it’s still suprisingly drinkable. Definitely not an every day beer though.

Oct 15, 2004 Poured a nice amder with a reddish tone.Creamy head.Good carbonation.The nose from this was complex in that I picked up some nice fruits and sweetness but nothing blocking the other.Nice fruity flavor and the alcohol wasn’t trying to hide.Some hoppiness and malts.Good body and this was a good warm finisher.

Oct 9, 2004 The DM & Hotstuff’s European Honeymoon trip beer number 36. This bottled brew from the ’t Brugs Beertje pub in Brugge poured a small head of finely sized bubbles that left behind a carbonated transparent golden brown colored body an excellent lacing. The aroma was malty with a mild doughy note and the mouth feel was good with a malty vinous note. The flavor was vinous malty and hoppy.
