"Natural ingredients, a traditional Polish recipe, and the lack of pasteurization are the secrets to the exceptional taste of our beer. Fresh from nature."

On tap. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malty and lightly metallic. Average carbonation and light body. Taste is quite tasteless, watery. Overall, a lager with not much peculiar about it.

Can from the Polish Delicatessen opposite The Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Tawny golden coloured with no head and a light carbonation. Has a bit of a strength to it, with an ordinary lager nose and taste with a bubble-gum sweetness to the latter.

0.5 l bottle shared with a friend. Pours pale golden, thin white head that disappears quickly. Sweet malts, bready notes, hay in aroma. Somehow bitterish taste with very watery texture. Short finish, thin body, lively carbonation. 12 egy tucat.

Aug. ’15. A 0.5 l can, thanks to Marko! It poured clear golden body with medium sized head that went down quickly. Light lemon or apple aroma, some yeast and bread. Flavor was lightly sweet, apple, bread, watery anyway. But with a touch of alcohol somehow. Quite thin, not so much for the style. Fine herbal and yeast notes in the short finish saved it a little bit although it was still boring. Interesting, but only that.

Quite decent pale lager, as for commercial beer from Carslberg company. When there’s no craft or regional beers in market it’s a good choice.

500ml Can from a dodgy off license in Nottingham... Pours golden-amber with no head. Aroma is minimal, grass, bready...Taste of grass, grain, bready, biscuity, then touch of metallic at the end...Nice though.

50cl can from random store in Old Town, Kraków. Pours golden color, deep, with a thin white head. Apples in aroma, sweetness, dusty malts. Sweet malty, slightly buttery flavor, some apples also here. Nothing to write home about exactly.
