Fruity and slightly spicy aroma. Golden coloured and strong in alcohol with a sweet honey flavour. A little dryness in a lasting finish.

Bottled@fonefan. Pale yellow colour, small head. Aroma is spices, white wine, some honey as well. Flavour is cinnamon, spices, honey, some slight alcohol as well as some mild nutmeg as well.

(Bottle 75 cl) Clear and golden with a small, white head. Sweet and spicy aroma. Full body with a high degree of sweetness. Very spicy with accents of cinnamon and cardamom. Quite interesting. Served at room temperature. 151206

75 cL clear bottle, unheated. Pours clear yellow and golden with no head. Sweet honey aroma mixed with a good portion of cinnamon. Sweet flavorued and again with a solid cinnamon and light floral flavour. Light alcohol burn to just nice warmth in the finish. Need to try this heated too.

A yellow mead with no head - no wonder. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, cinnamon, honey, and citrus. The flavor is very sweet with notes of cinnamon, flowers, and honey. The flower note lingers in the aftertaste.

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Pale gold. Spiced herb mead. Oddly reminded me of egg fried ric. Fragrant smooth mead.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, spicy, light perfume, glogg notes, anis. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long to average duration, spicy, glogg wien - anis. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100417]

It’s golden and has a spicy aroma of honey, cardamom and cinnamon. The flavour is sweet with notes of cinnamon, cardamom, apple and honey, not bad...

Bottle, 11%. Aniseed and honey aroma. Clear yellow colour. Sweet honey flavour, does not taste as much of aniseed as it smells. Burns a bit at the back of the throat.
