Bottle. Pours a clear pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy finish.

Bottle. The aroma of bread and hops, light sweet smell of malt. The head is medium large, white and foamy with a rather short duration. The body is pale yellow. The taste is sweet, malty, quite nice. Later on it gets a little bit more bitter. The body is light to medium strong, quite creamy texture with a normal carbonation.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized frothy head. Distinctively grassy hoppy aroma with a slightly doughy and strawy malty background. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Soft malty base with subtle citric notes but most of all grassy and slightly herbal hops; quite dry and bitter hoppy finish with a late arriving malty sweetness. Not bad but smells and tastes rather like a Pils. Has been renamed from “Königl. Bayerisch Export” to “Bayrisch Export”, probably due to legal restrictions. 03.IX.10

Swing-top bottle. Sweet barley malt and light grass hops aroma. Clear golden yellow color with small head. Sweet barley malt and lightly bitter grass hops flavor. Medium body. Average.

[bottle] Sweet malty and grainy aroma with some hay and floral noble hops. Crystal clear gold under a quickly dropping white cover. Sweet, malty flavour with notes of hay and little bitterness. Clean, medium body, low carbonation.

Bottled. A pale golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, minerals, and hops, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

Clear golden with a tiny off white head. Malty aroma with caramel and mild hops. Flavour had grassy hops, malt, breadish and caramel notes. Finished dry and bitter.
