(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately malty aroma with notes of sweetened ice-tea, a subtle citrus-fruity touch and just a whiff of herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malty taste with subtle citric and herbal notes; almost dry, slightly sweet malty and shy hop bitter finish. Drinkable but not completely convincing. 17.X.10

Pils equilibrata e godibile. Al naso è malto dolce granuloso con un finale vagamente erboso. Il gusto è erbaceo, lievemente luppolata,. Finale amarognolo. Ottima bevibilità.

500 mL bottle from Vintage Cellar in Blacksburg, VA. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a large frothy, creamy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet grainy malts with a faintly grassy finish. Taste is grassy, floral hops with pale malts, biscuit notes and apple. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Pours clear piss yellow with a minimal head that leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma is cereal, grass, spruce, and earthy. Lightly sweet and fairly sour with a bit of bitterness with the finish.

The lack of any apparent hop character, weak malts and nothing going on in the aroma really kept this beer from being enjoyed. Light sweetness, refreshing on the palate, but still watery. Just pretty blah.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts quite hoppy and fresh, not too dry. Notes of grass or hay, finish a bit spicy, still quite hoppy. Well balanced, very drinkable. Good beer!

Hay aroma dotted with raisins. Shimmering light golden, with a thick snow white head. Grassy hay, lemon, and light barley flavor. Cloying hints of blackberry ruin an otherwise decent pilsner. Harsh mouthfeel and overly carbonated. Lemon grass finish. With the right pour, this wasn’t half bad.
