Moderate, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and light bread with light hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - grainy and lightly sweetish, light bread and light herbal hoppyness. OK lightly sweetish kellerbier with bread - could use more hoppyness.

It’s hazy golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of flower, bread, malt ad light straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of bread, straw, flower, and the finish has a light dryness.

Bottle. Hazy straw yellow with quickly dissipating head. Aroma is malt, yeast, citrus and damp basement, very pleasant. Citrusy crisp taste dominated by malt with a small presence of honey. Basement aftertaste and a little too light bitterness. Pleasant kellerbier but not the cream of the crop.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big but collapsing frothy white head. Yeasty and grassy hoppy aroma with a tinge of citrus and a light pale malty, slightly strawy background. Slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a crisp mf. Pale malty, slightly citric and moderately yeasty taste with notes of grassy and herbal hops; moderately dry sweet-bitter finish. Surprisingly hoppy, but all in all not a highlight of the style. 03.IX.10

500 ml fliptop bottle in Germany. Pours as a pale ale but in the glass is a cloudy gold color. Hoppy yet spicy. Low carb a very good keller to say the least. Will drink again for sure.
