Alus gaminamas iš natūralių kruopščiai atrinktų ir suderintų aukščiausios kokybės žaliavų. Alus natūraliai brandinamas Žaliakalnio kalno rūsyje 21 parą, kur susibrandina išskirtinis alaus skonis, skaidrumas, ilgai išliekanti sodri puta, natūraliai prisotinama angliarūgštė. „Pilies premium” alus pagal charakteristiką yra šviesus, lengvo skonio, su gerai išreikštu apynių aromatu ir kartumu. „Pilies” premium 2003 metais buvo apdovanota „Lietuvos metų gaminys-2003” diplomu.

0.5 l bottle. Golden color with small head. Sweet, toffeish and buttery aroma with hint of herbal hops. Malty, toffeish and buttery flavor.

Bottle. Clear golden coloured with an off-white fizzy head. Malty with notes of grain, grass, metal and cardboard. Somewhat dry finish. Easy forgettable.

Bottled. A golden beer with a off-white head that diminishes quite fast to a rim of head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of straw - and so is the flavor, leading to a dry bitter end. Boring.

Bottled. Golden colour, minimal head. Butterscotch aroma. Fruity, medium sweet and medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Low bitterness.
