This beer was brewed under our strict quality guidelines with choice ingredients. Our water comes from our own spring, the malt from German fields/cultivation, the yeast from our control (? brewery's strain - German word is Herfuehrung) and hops from the Haller valley (Hallertau). Bright yellow colour, white head, cloudy. Aroma of unripe bananas and citrus fruit. Mild taste with light sweetish and sour notes and no bitterness. A little watery on the palate. Drinkable, especially as a summer beer.

Bottled, from biershop-bayern.de. Cloudy pale orange, small creamy head. Fruity nose with mild ripe banana. Mid sweet with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Cushiony wheat malt, slight notes of grass. The yeast character is subtle, wheat malt dominates. Low bitterness.

Pours the normal Hefe style. Aroma is lemon, pine and banana. Taste is as others have said like the aroma.

Poured crisp and clear, until I swirled the sediment from the bottom. Once that hit, the bier tuned a murky gold. Short head faded quickly. A mellow fruity taste, not as sharp as the norm for a german Hefe. Slightly oily feel on the tongue, with a nice banana aftertaste. It’s a hefe through and through...right in the middle of the pack.
