COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A clean and crisp lager with notes of honey and biscuit. The grain bill adds a beautiful gold hue and full flavor. The Gold Lager proves pilsner style lagers can be full flavored.

Pretty much like a good batch of Coors Original. Not offensive but not something I’ll purposefully get again. Sweet leaning and a bit generic.

12 oz. bottle Better than Yuengling Lager I think. Not too watery, Hint of biscuit and honey, yet not too sweet.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, bottled on 2/13/2015. Pours slightly hazy bright golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness; and very clean lager flavors with minimal yeast ester notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and slightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very nice pale lager style. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours a light golden yellow color with a corn aroma. Taste is light, with a tinge of honey. Lightly biscuit in flavor with a dry, hay aftertaste.

355ml bottle pours a golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus and grass with some hints of caramel. Taste is a grass and citrus hop bitterness with a light caramel malty sweetness. Light bodied with good carbonation. A clean finish makes this lager slightly better than your typical macro brew.

Pours a cloudy golden hue with a light head and light carbonation. You can smell the honey and grains in the aroma. Taste is smooth, not too strong and not too weak and just like the aroma you can taste the honey and grains. A good beer for a company who does videos and pics, lol. Keep Calm and Chive On!

Bottle: Pours clear gold with a small white head. Barley malt, honey scent. Taste is sweet....barley malt, honey, grains...slightly fruity. Not bad at all, fairly rich taste for the lightness....Nothing off....pretty solid for the style.
