COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Named for Joe Beez (yes, the Joe Beez) winning a bet against Tommy during a wiffle ball tournament, this honey brown ale was brewed using the honey from our own bees on the roof of the brewery. Can’t get more local than that!
On tap at Keegan. Pours a ruby hued light brown with a thin to medium sized beige head. Soft caramel and wheat on the nose, toffee and toasty malt. Light honey, but very subtle. Soft toast, nutty malt and cereal. Toast on the finish, light warming alcohol notes, caramel and some Honey Smacks. Nice stuff.
