COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HopsMASH Double IPA is a bold and hearty brew that pours a deep golden color with a thick, white, lacing head. With hops added to the mash tun, brew kettle, and secondary fermenters there is certainly no shortage of hops in this beer. The big hop bitterness is balanced nicely with a strong malt backbone, featuring the addition of Canadian honey malt which imparts some residual sweetness. Look for tropical floral notes of citrus, grapefruit and lemon from the generous use of hops such as Simcoe and Falconer’s Flight. (9% ABV)

On tap at the brewery for meet the brewer Mondays. Pours a somewhat hazed amber with a thin to medium sized white head. Huge pineapple notes, some citrus and a hint of mango and tropical fruit. Medium bodied, a touch sweet, think malty backbone. Ladd into a long lingering bitterness, full of pith and quinine. Slight icy alcohol on the finish.
