Poured deep dark brown, with a little head atop. Aromas of roasted malts. Large and lingery dry roast flavor. Pours a dark brown color but some light does pass through when held up to a light. Aroma is sweet and of chocolate like you would imagine. Palate is very smooth and taste is sweet but kind of watered down. Aftertaste is pleasant and smooth. Overall a very average sweet stout- not bad but nothing special. Noticeable chocolate malt flavor with little bitterness. Carbonation is a bit heavy, very prickly (probably the taps fault) but otherwise pretty good.
