Commercial Description:
Mother’s Milk, as the name implies, is a dark and creamy milk stout. Hints of oatmeal, chocolate and of course, milk make Mother’s Milk’s remarkably smooth and silky finish a classic example of the style.

12oz bonus from phhd. Pours black with a tan head. Nose is sweet and roasty. Taste is just eh, if you ask me. So this is decent but doesn’t do it for me.

Bottle. Pours deep brown with a tan head. Roasted aroma with coffee beans. The flavor is rather one dimensional with a light roasted presence and coffee grounds. Not bad.

Pours dark brown from the bottle with a thin tan head. Aroma has chocolate, malt, and a touch of coffee. Smooth texture and enjoyable to drink. Flavor isn’t overpowering and is rather mellow. Alright beer.

bottle poured into a snifter has a brown color and a thin brown head when poured very briskly. aroma has chocolate malt, cookie dough, and cream. mouth feel is light but silky with medium carbonation. flavor has light roasted coffee, bakers chocolate, and bitter touches. lactic level is low for a sweet stout but it is some what creamy and very smooth to drink. overall this was enjoyable.

Had this at house of brew in NYC. Bottle. Poured deep dark brown, with a little head atop. Aromas of roasted malts. Large and lingery dry roast flavor. Had a noticeable microbrew feel to it.
