| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 18, 2007 Courtesy of Coldbrewky. This is my very first Milk Stout, so I had absolutely no idea what it would be like. The color is black/brown, the head is golden, creamy and nice. The aroma has a slight milky sourness and so does the flavour, but it’s not unpleasant and doesn’t feel like an infected beer. I also get notes of chocolate and cocoa and a bit of coffee. The overall impression is a rather weak stout, but it was very nice to experience a typical Milk stout, thank you Steve. 1892 bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA
