In bocca é pulita, equilibrata, secca e beverina. Carbonatazione che pulisce senza aggredire.

Flasche. Trübgelbe Farbe, erfrischend-hefiger Geschmack, bananig-fruchtig, sogar leicht herb im Abgang. Sehr gutes Weizen!

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2015 Draft at GBBF 2013, day 3 - London. Pours cloudy yellow with a frothy white head. Lovely beer. Nice balanced wheat character. Moderately sweet but never cloying. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation and massaging texture. Clean on the finish, balanced, with more wheat bread, touches of citrus. Great stuff. (August 2013, score: 4.0)

Draft at Keesman Bamberg during the Bamberg Jolly. Pours soupy yellow with a thick, pillowy white head. Robust, thick, with big esters, rich banana. Really nice. Hearty wheat bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish, more yeast, wheat, fruits, citrus, banana. Lovely weisse bier. (January 2014, score: 3.8)
