Citrussy, somewhat sweet perfumed aroma. Typical looks, head retention could be better. Citrus, esters and yeast on the palate. Hoppier than most weisse, but the tart fuseloils spoil it somewhat, maybe better on tap?

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy orange colour with big head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, wheat.Flavor is yeast, bit too bitter.

Hazy yellow orange colour with big creamy white head. Yeast, wheat, spices and mild sweetness in aroma. Flavour is also quite yeasty with surprising amounts of alcohol, wheat and mild dryish bitterness. Very yeasty and light bodied Weißbier.

Bottle. Big head upon pouring . Yellow appearance with wheat flavours dominating, Pleasant but nothing out of the ordinary.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy brownish pale yellow, large and creamy white head. Whetay and yeasty, shy fruit flavours. Smooth palate, spicy finish.

Bottle from brewery. Hazy golden color with medium frothy white head. Aroma of wheat, yest. Taste, wheat, yeast, banana and orange notes. Bittersweet finish. Drinkable.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy head and lacings. Fine balance. Banana, orange, wheat, spice and vague yeast. Smooth and medium bodied. Enjoyable.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2011 Bottle. Golden - light amber, cloudy, short to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – wheaty and sweetish aroma, fruitiness, some banana. Body is light to medium, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness. Finish is short to average, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish, faint fruitiness. Light-bodied and fruity hefeweizen.

Hefefruchtige und strenge Geruchsaromen. Prickelnd-säuerlicher Start. Mitte herb besetzt. Hier zeigt sich im Hintergrund eine unangenehme Beinote nach Fusel. Im Abgang buttrig, verhalten ein Aufleuchten von Frucht, jedoch immer noch fuselig. Äußerst schwaches HW.Test vom 9.7.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery and banana fruity. Sweet, fruity and mild citric. Light bitter and fruity into the far finish. Ends mild fruity.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass not really. Hard to get all the yeast out of the bottle. Beer in the glass looks dirty-yeasty, very small head. Starts mild, moldy, fruity, a bit sourish, some banana notes. Flat finish, yeasty again. Not really good.
