Flavour is also quite yeasty with surprising amounts of alcohol, wheat and mild dryish bitterness. Very yeasty and light bodied Weißbier.

Sweetish in taste with banana (not overbearing) and clove and a little background citrus.
Thinnish in body compared to others in this style.
Would drink again but no world beater!

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2011 Bottle. Golden - light amber, cloudy, short to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – wheaty and sweetish aroma, fruitiness, some banana. Body is light to medium, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness. Finish is short to average, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish, faint fruitiness. Light-bodied and fruity hefeweizen.
