Draft @ Ottos Pub & Brewery, State College, PA. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity fresh and slightly tart apple aroma. Slightly sweetish fruity crisp apple flavor with some tart hints. Has a fruity crisp and slightly tart apple finish.

22 oz bottle. Pours a bright clear pale yellow body with a small very fizzy white head that completely vanished. The nose is rather sweet apple juice with a touch of red apple skins. The flavor is indeed semi-dry, the sweetness dominates up front then dries out nicely towards the finish. Rather crisp and snappy with some nice apple skin notes. Light bodied and crisp with very fizzy efforvescent carbonation. Overall, not the most complex of beverages, but it’s rather easy drinking and without flaws.

Bottle consumed at Otto’s Pub & Brewery. Pours a clear light yellow. Aroma of lots of apple and cinnamon. Flavor of tart apple, apple juice, lots of apple, with a dry finish. A tasty cider with plenty of apple and a nice balance of sweetness to dryness. 7/4/8/4/14 [3.7/5]

Pours golden yellow with fizzy white head, quickly dissipating and effervescent. Smells like apple juice and old apple skins. Taste is apple, dry and champagne-like, mild earthy/dirty undertones. Pretty tasty.

From bomber. Bright crisp apple aroma, fruity and clean with no off aromas. Cider aroma for me never seems to be that complex, and I don’t think this is, either. But it has a good aroma. Pale straw yellow, crystal clear with visible bubbles. No head. Medium to light body with medium carbonation. Light acidic burn. Nice clean cider, starts with a nice bit of fruity sweetness followed by lots of tart apple character. Light alcohol taste with some bitter dry notes. Refreshing and juicy.

22 oz. bomber courtesy of Nate. Pours a very clear pale golden color with a very thin fizzy head that is gone in a couple of seconds. It looks more like pale sparkling wine than a cider. Aroma is very, surprise, apply with just a hint of spice. Some notes of the skins in there as well. Body is very nice and light. Completely refreshing with a lot of spritz. The flavor is relatively subtle. Chardonnay and apple juice with a very dry finish. Not much sweetness at all here, making it very drinkable.

From a 22oz bottle at Otto’s. Poured a very pale clear gold with a thin crackling head that disappeared in an instant. Smells of fresh apple juice, slightly tart. The flavor was crisp and dry, lots of fresh apple flavor, slight band-aid characteristic. I’ve only had a couple ciders so I’m no expert but this was half decent.
