COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unser Prototyp geht in Serie.

Note: Original batch brewed at Rækker Mølle Bryghus on 16.1.2013, it was 13.9° and brewed with "Belgian abbey malt" in addition to Czech Tennenmalz.

Bitter, hoppy flavour, with citric notes and touches of malt. Mild, bitterish and estery aftertaste. Clean, refreshing and really good for the style.

Bottle. A light smell of hops, a little bit fruity and sweet. The white foamy head is large with a long duration, the body is pale yellow. The taste is light sweet with some hops. The body is light, a little bit creamy and sweet with a normal carbonation.

0,33 l bottle from Vormann Brauerei, best before 1/3/2015. Clear, golden yellow with a huge, stable, foamy, white head. Nice lacings on the glass. Floral, citrusy aroma of mango, passion fruit and lemon. Less strong but still very pleasant taste of grapefruit and lemon. Medium bitterness that lasts until the end. Short, crisp finish. Medium body, slightly creamy texture, lively carbonation. Really nice beer, decent thirst quencher.

Bottle form Humulus et Fermentum - thanks Seb. Pour pale amber, thin white head, some lacing. Aroma of grass, autumn leaves, citrus oil. Effervescent, medium carbonation, drinkable. Some sweet malt, weak lemon drink, orange, perfumed lychee, slightly soapy. A dank, bitter snap to finish. Very good.
